Siwon has the most followers among all super junior member. Its surprising when see Siwon will get this many followers. But I admit, he is the most charismatic Super Junior member. See the images. I think he will get more follower in the future.

I think the reason of he has many followers rather than another member is because he often use English as his tweet post. He makes all the followers make comfortable IMO. See his timeline.
