Sang Woo very popular in Indonesia after his TV drama series Cinderella Man aired here. His brilliant double act as two different character is very amazing. Most people fall in love how he able to act as two different personality in one series. If I not wrong, his Indonesian dubber is Eko Afianto. One of TOP Indonesian voice actor. ^^ It aired in B Channel if I’m not wrong.
The main idea is ‘adaptation’ and masculine version of Cinderella. The main character is dae-san is a clothing designer. he has a small shop at Dong Daehum. His obsession is become ULTIMATE RICH. he always scream on the top of the hill that what he called “His secret place” about how eager he wants to become rich. At that time, he meets Joon-hee one of the richest person in Korea. Joon-hee is like a twin with Dae-san. thats why he invites him to become him. Eventually, Dae-sun outsmarts the boss, Lee Jae-min, and eventually finds true love.
He plays as both Lee Joon-hee and Oh Dae-san. Their ‘twins’ that separate from baby. So sad. But they dont know each other.
I will try to explain each character
Lee Joon-hee is Second son of the founder of a fashion empire and heir apparent. As a handsome person and smart (and dont forget he is ULTIMATE rich), he is a little bit arrogant. He doesnt like complicated thing in his life. Thats why when he must do heart operation in France, he asks Dae-san to become him. Actually, he stayed at France for 19 years of life. But when his father is dying, his grandmother who have full control of his life, calls him.
Oh dae-san is selling cloth in small market named Dongdaemun Market. He is really has speaking skills. ha6. Its surprising when see he able to seel cloth very fast when Yoona can’t sell even a piece of cloth. lol Growing up as an orphan, he does not fear failure nor does he trust anyone. Thats wy when Joon-hee asks him to switch place with him, he cant refuse.
If you never watch it, JUST WATCH IT! It really worth to watch. My favorite scene when Dae-san striping his cloth and throw to Joon-he in the middle of street just because he is mad. Ha6. 100% fanservice for all female to see Kwon Sang Woo topless
Rather than Cinderella Man, my mom prefer Love So Divine. Its Korean Movie with Kwon Sang Woo as main actor.
This time, San woo play as seminarians Gyu-Shik. But when he gets trouble in seminary, he and Seon-dal are sent into the country for a month of service under the elderly Father Nam. But when he arrive, Gyu-Shik meet Bong-hie. he is father Nam’s niece. She flown from United states just to see her boyfriend. But the fact is really hard to her. Her boyfriend want to end their relationship. In the middle of the crisys, Syu-Shik came to comfort her. And then their start to ‘care’ each other. In other side, Gyu-Shik will be start to admit his priesthood.
Its cute and romantic but funny film. You should watch it too.
